Lowell Memorial Auditiorium

 

The 2,800 seat venue, constructed prior to World War II, is dedicated to American veterans of war. The exterior walls feature the names of famous generals and battles, with monuments to newer wars on the auditorium's small lawn. Construction of the auditorium began as a part of the Works Progress Administration in the New Deal following the Great Depression.
